I love your mindset regarding souvenirs we bring back home. I am big big on buying a book in new places I go to and writing on them when and where I got them. I love doing that. I love the idea of someone opening a book of mine and not only seeing my notes and thoughts on it (big book annotator here!) but also where I got it and kind of getting an insight on that too. I feel like it is almost poetic.

I have never brought home coffee from a trip and it is such a lovely idea - I will definitely do this next time I travel.

Glad you had a great time, I really enjoyed reading about it :).

I completely agree, books make the best souvenirs. I love mine to feel lived in too, and knowing where I got or read them always takes me right back. It's such a nice way to hold on to a moment. Definitely recommend picking up some coffee beans next time you travel. Thank you so much for reading, I'm really glad you enjoyed it ❤️

A school trip to the Côte d’Or factory?! I would have loved to do that instead of going to the port of Antwerp multiple times 😅

I’m excited to hear more about your trip to Stockholm! And I’m fully aligned with buying books as souvenir and making note of where you got them, I’ve been doing that as well 😊 I’m not really one for a magnet but I do love a coaster! 😄

That school trip made such a vivid impression on me. I remember loving every minute of it (probably because we could sample chocolate freely)! Books really are the best souvenirs. There’s something special about tying a story to a place. I hadn’t thought about coasters, but that’s such a great idea, useful and with a memory attached!

As someone who came back from a trip to Portugal with a whole kilo of coffee, I have to say I absolutely loved this content. It also gave me inspiration for a post I want to write after my own trip. I’m sure the coffee was amazing. I also loved the sleek and simple design. I’m really curious to hear your thoughts after reading The Details. I think you’ll like it—I hope I’m right. :) Sweden is definitely one of the countries on my endless travel list. When I visit, I’ll be sure to stop by Stora. Wishing you a wonderful June, my dear friend! <3

I smiled reading this - I’m so looking forward to your post now! I might be heading to Portugal in September, so I’ll definitely be taking notes on any coffee recs. Stockholm was such a joy, and it’s made me want to see more of Sweden. The little glimpse I had was just beautiful. Wishing you a lovely June too <3
